Obama put out the invitation and YouTube Stars Are Headed to the White House for #YouTubeAsksObama, an interview series of select five to ten minute installments. The Commander in Chief will be fired at with questions allegedly NOT vetted before hand, via numerous social media outlets and the hashtag #YoutubeAsksObama.
Though not the first time Obama’s used the video platform to extend his reach, YouTube Stars Are Headed to the White House and *Flex voice* it’s all official over here!!! …ahem, for one thing, each YouTube star is getting their own set built in the White House by Google. (Started from the bottom indeed…) Questions will surround education, unemployment, racial profiling, net neutrality and creation in the digital age. Though the never shy comment-sections of YouTube are already piling in the questions we ‘really’ want to know like:
