New York Police Department is really turned upside down.The tragic death of two of their own, officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu have police officers afraid for their lives.Seventeen year old Osiris Aristy was arrested last Sunday in his Bushwick apartment for using the symbols in a way causing “New York City police to fear for their safety,” per a criminal complaint.” This isn’t the first time police officers took action last month a man from Massachusetts was arrested for posting what police considered a threat on Facebook. The 17-year-old allegedly posted the images on his Facebook profile January 15th. They featured the caption, “N—- run up on me, he gunna get blown down.”Aristy also posted, “F— the 83 104 79 98 73 PCTKKKK” next to similar styled emoji. Shortly before his arrest, Aristy also posted an image of himself with a gun and marijuana blunt, captioned, “‘.38 on me I do hits in my tims,”the criminal complaint alleges.Officers located a .38 caliber Smith & Wesson handgun and 25 grams of weed in his apartment. Aristy has been charged with making terrorist threats, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal use of drugs and criminal possession of marijuana. His bail is set at $150,000, and his next court date is Friday.

Split decision; First, extreme….then bad move for the homie cause no gun permit, weed is not legal in New York and his freedom of expression wasn’t as tactful as it could have been to avoid the ALLEGED terrorist threat. He’s being used as an example to instill fear in the nation. It’s allegedly ok for “corrupt” officers to kill and not get indicted, but it’s a crime to speak on how you (the individuals) will defend yourself because justice is lacking. In my opinion, the laws are not equal due to the fact an officer acting under color of code judicial process permits him/her to proceed to a grand jury hearing “before” chargers are file, if any….but a regular civilian is immediately charged with Murder when the same crime “murder is committed. My advise, be on your guard of “corrupt” policing and don’t be so “in your face” on social media when expressing your concerns.

Police love to lock Black Americans up if they can’t kill them. But why aren’t the Police being charged or why is the DOJ not protecting the Fears of the citizens being terrorized by prejudice profiling officers?
Do not use the senseless deaths of unarmed Americans or the two officers killed in the line of duty! They did not Murder any one, their collegues did! This country is preventing citizens to have an opinion of Truth or justice! Taking small freedoms from black citizens and locking them up for it.
