Aaron Hernandez could be in some serious trouble if his fiancee is forced to take the stand and testify against him. If anyone has or knows of evidence that could hurt him more than anyone else, it is definitely her. Today it was announced his fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins has been granted immunity if and when she takes the stand.

A move by the prosecution to grant immunity to Aaron Hernandez’s fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins could be just what they need to take control of his murder trial.
The judge in the Odin Lloyd murder trial just announced an “endorsement for immunity to Shayanna Jenkins.” In the past, prosecutors have accused Shayanna of disposing possible evidence and lying at Hernandez’s request after Odin’s murder.
According to reports, prosecutors claims Shayanna has already been busted lying to the grand jury 29 times so, in theory, the “immunity” could merely protect her from perjury charges.
The judge has sealed the record so it’s unclear how much protection Shayanna will receive in exchange for her testimony, but given the circumstances I am going to assume it has to protect her completely in order for her to give them anything that will put her fiancee away for life.
This trial just got even more intriguing.
