Velous Says Kanye "All Day" Track Was French's

The musical chairs edition of who wore it better? As Yeezy season continues to creep here’s some behind the scenes scoop on his latest release: Co Producer Velous Says Kanye “All Day” Track Was French Montana’s!

The singing, rapping, arranging and composing 21 year old Kingston, New York native Velous has actually been signed to French’s Coke Boys since last June. Now XXL reports Producer Velous Says Kanye “All Day” Track Was French Montana’s, the same track recently premiered by Yeezus with an acclaimed surprise performance at the 2015 BRIT Awards.

It was during an interview with MTV that Producer Velous Says Kanye “All Day” Track Was French Montana’s and explained its loose-knit process.

“I made that beat while I was sitting on my boys couch watching Saturday Night Live,” he said of the beat making process. “I usually do everything in the studio, but I did that on a couch with a keyboard on my lap just chilling…I guess Kanye was rocking with it, so he gave it to Kanye.”

Confusion came upon notice of French’s name in the production credits of the record, which Velous promptly clears up:

“There’s a lot of different things that go into production,” he said. [French] doesn’t make beats but he has ideas. He always has ideas for his tracks. Him and Kanye went back and they had some ideas and added some stuff. There’s stuff that I didn’t put in the beat that they added to it. So that’s where the co-production came in. He was definitely involved.”

As Producer Velous Says Kanye “All Day” Track Was French Montana’s can you imagine if the song would have been done by French instead? Would it bang the same and who would you rather have?
