Woman Choked By Police Officer During Arrest. Law enforcement has really been under fire lately. Just recently the NYPD was in the hot seat for altering Wikipedia pages and changing words like “unarmed to armed”. A few days ago surveillance footage was released and it shows an officer losings his cool and choking a woman who was already hand cuffed. More details after the jump.

Woman Choked By Police Officer During Arrest. This took place in Massachusetts a year ago however the surveillance footage was just released. This video is disturbing because she was already handcuffed this was the epitome of excessive force. The officer losing his temper even made the other three officers uncomfortable. You can tell by their body language they felt uncomfortable.the knew that at that point the other officers behavior was uncalled for.The woman arrested wasn’t a saint. The report states that she was high off of PCP and slapped an officer and tried to resist arrest.
All cops aren’t bad I think many have good intentions.However there are some who abuse their power and they need to be punished. The officer that choked this woman was reprimanded.Thank God for technology!I can just imagine what kind of things happen in prison on a daily basis. what are your thoughts?
