“WOLVERINE …ONE LAST TIME. HJ”

As the possibility of Hugh Jackman Says Goodbye to Wolverine looms fans, critics and X-Men stans are wondering about the fate of the films ahead. Is it possible the 46 year old Australian will shoot a couple of movies at the same time? Entertainment Weekly reports he’s not only slated for an untitled Wolverine project for March 3, 2017, but there’s also no confirmation of an appearance in the 2016 X:Men: Apocalypse. That film is the followup to his last gig as the bad guy turned good–2013’s The Wolverine.

If it’s the truth that Hugh Jackman Says Goodbye to Wolverine this will definitely be a historic run for the actor and the character. Complex adds to the report by noting the insanity of Hugh’s workout to get him into wolf-shape, understandably it takes a toll on the body after years and years. If this is it, there’ll certainly be a net full of tributes and a long line of goodbyes.
