Yikes!!! Word on the street is a felony might be coming down as global Hip Hop star Nelly Arrested for Drugs and Guns on Tour Bus today…

Nelly allegedly reach out and said he wasn’t arrested, and he had no clue the stuff was there. The other member that was arrested has taken credit for possession of all the illegal contraband.

The news of Nelly Arrested for Drugs and Guns on Tour Bus comes as a shock mainly due to the laundry list of alleged offenses, not to mention him being taken into police custody for a reported felony charge of marijuana possession. (Getting charged with a felony over marijuana is close to the #pettiness of the Bronx teen killed last week when you consider marijuana continuing to be legalized across the country SMH). Dealing with the #facts as is though, Nelly Arrested for Drugs and Guns on Tour Bus as police said they found baggies of crystal rocks testing positive for meth (damn) as well as a stash of guns including “a .50 caliber pistol, a .45 caliber pistol, and a .500 magnum Smith and Wesson.” TMZ reports on the initial stop and the arrest:
“A state trooper pulled over the bus Saturday morning for not having a required Dept. of Transportation sticker … and when the officer got a strong whiff of pot … he decided to conduct a search.
Nelly was booked for the marijuana and for drug paraphernalia — cops say there were about 100 small Ziplock bags commonly used for the sale of drugs. Another passenger, Brian Jones, was busted for possession of a handgun.”
…well damn, that’s definitely an ill way to go down (SMH). Nelly Arrested for Drugs and Guns on Tour Bus and though he’s currently out on bond there’s no word on the charges yet. Obviously the rest of the group on the bus had their own plans but it’s hard to imagine a felony for the St. Louis entertainer and businessman. A hard pill to swallow for the successful rapper who just made American history. Looks like there’s a lot of lessons to be learned here…
