Brandy on Broadway … I say go girl. Pretty soon, Brandy will be able to add Broadway star to her lengthy resume. The singer/actress is getting ready for her Broadway debut next week. You will soon be able to see Brandy star in one of the longest running Tony Award-winning Broadway Musicals, “Chicago,” in an eight-week revival. Brandy will be starring as Roxie Hart, the infamous and murderous housewife from April 28 to June 21 at the Ambassador Theater.

Brandy has some big shoes to fill as she is one of many stars who has played Roxie on Broadway. Some names who precede Brandy as Roxie include Liza Minnelli, Brook Shields, Ashlee Simpson, Melanie Griffith, Christie Brinkley, and Michelle Williams to name a few. Brandy is also expected to release an album later on this year. As displayed in her performance Brandy still has the talent and I know her fans are more than eager to see her back on stage and on the TV. What do you guys think is Broadway a good look for Brandy?
