Kris Jenner rented a Hollywood Hill’s home for Kendall’s 19th birthday and apparently things got a little wild. She is now being sued by Gabriel Fedida who claims that there was “ear-shattering music,general rowdiness and strippers.”

According to Fedida the home was rented for $10K and to his acknowledgement was going to be used for an intimate dinner party for only 15 people. Fedida also says that there was $101,450 in damages due to the wild party.

The location was actually being used to throw a birthday bash with 100 of Kendall’s closest friends.Oh yea, and don’t forget the strippers. I guess Kris does deserve to get sued over the wild party.Watch Kendall get spanked around by a stripper in the video below.
