There’s still quite some time left until Empire fans can get back to the drama with Cookie and the rest of the crew in the fall. But hints have been dropped about what is to come for the show and it looks like Smokey Robinson will be the next star making a cameo on the hit show.
Robinson was doing press for Motown the Musical’s first national tour and hinted to Billboard Magazine that he would be on the next season.
Robinson said, “I’m a total Empire fan.” he added, “Well, I’ll probably be on this next season,” without giving away anything else.
Fox has yet to confirm details about the cameo.
