Migos’ Offset, real name, Kiari Kendrell Cephus has already been imprisoned with the other two-parts of the group, back in April. After being charged with possession of marijuana, carrying a weapon in a school zone, which is a felony charge, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, Offset was denied a bond for his release.

While he continues to deal with all of those charges, he can add battery and causing a riot charges for getting into a prison brawl, over the weekend.

According to the Statesboro Herald, Migos was charged with battery and causing a riot in a penal institution after the fight between he and another inmate in the Bulloch County Jail broke out on Saturday.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Inv. Walter Deal said in reports a jail night supervisor notified him about the incident around 7:15 p.m., but the fight occurred around 3 p.m. Saturday. Jail surveillance video shows the assault, he stated. The victim, not identified in reports, “had visible injury to the right side of the head,” he said. The victim identified Cephus as his attacker, and video confirmed the attack, according to reports.

Ohhhh … someone is in trouble trouble. How the hell you get caught on camera?! This is sure to stick. Unlike Mendeecees, Migos’ Offset does not have enough of a impact to sway the judge for another chance. Tsk, Tsk.
