Floyd Mayweather is pissed!! Just a few days after telling the word via a text message to Stephen A Smith that he would give Manny Pacquiao a rematch after his shoulder heals from surgery, he is now calling it off and changing his mind.

The money man is now changing his mind and claims he will not give Manny Pacquiao a rematch because he is basically angry the Pacquiao camp continues to use the shoulder excuse as to why Manny lost the fight, instead of giving Floyd credit for beating him.
“Did I text Stephen A. Smith and say I will fight him again? Yeah, but I change my mind. At this particular time, no, because he’s a sore loser and he’s a coward,” Mayweather told Showtime’s Jim Gray in an interview taped this week that will air Saturday night (Showtime, 9 p.m. ET) during the network’s replay of last Saturday night’s pay-per-view mega fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
“If you lost, accept the loss and say, ‘Mayweather, you were the better fighter,'” Mayweather continued.
As you know, Floyd won the fight pretty convincingly in most peoples eyes, including the judges. Mayweather out-punched him and out worked him, but Pacquiao definitely threw enough punches to make it hard to believe the shoulder was bothering him that much.
“I’m not going to buy into the bulls— … and I don’t want the public to buy into the bulls—,” Mayweather said. “He lost. He knows he lost. I lost a lot of respect for him after all of this.”
Gray asked Mayweather if he could detect a problem with Pacquiao’s right arm during the fight, to which Mayweather answered, “Absolutely not. He was fast. His left hand was fast. His right hand was fast and he was throwing them both fast and strong. Excuses, excuses.”
Floyd is saying this now but could sing a different tune once he again remembers how much money could be made with a rematch. As someone who watched the fight I have to feel where he is coming from. The after story became all about Pacquiao’s shoulder instead of the dominance Floyd displayed throughout the night. At the very least they should have given Floyd his due and then discussed what made have caused the loss despite being out-boxed.
This fool didn’t out box anyone. He out RAN his opponent. There was no toe to toe boxing in that bout. Here was plenty run and hide tho. The “run around the ring till the bell rings” style is now called strategic boxing! THAT’S THAT BULLSHIT!!

Im not a Pac or Money fan, but curious, i know boxing is the art of hitting and not getting hit, BUT when PacMan has him on the ropes , i heard those body shots do not count as points or count as just ONE (could be wrong) but when mayweather taps him (I cannot in all consciousness call those jabs), those count as individual points i.e. he got a bulk of his points that way. that is a flaw if you ask me, PacMan could have had him on the ropes and punished his body and won EASILY.
And in all honesty NO ONE is denying Mayweathers defense, that thing is impressive and impenetrable. but i do not see any offense (but a few punches) and that should not make him a winner. you want to call yourself a fighter , you actually have to FIGHT!!!
If they only go by the stats what’s the point of judges going to the fight or even having judges. They can just read the stats and call a winner. ……..

By the way people said all Muhammad Ali would do is dance or shuffle. Ali was a defensive boxer too and made the brawlers like: Joe Frazier, George Forman, Ken Norton, Ernie Shavers, Leon Sphinx, Floyd Patteson and Sony Liston look like amateurs. Yet these men said in the end Ali beat them no excuse like Manny Paquiao had.
