Carmelo Anthony might not be in the playoffs because the Knicks were just terrible this season, but he is keeping himself very busy at this time of year anyway. Carmelo got himself a role in the sequel of “TMNT2” and it appears he isn’t the only NBA player in the movie.

Melo was spotted on the set of the movie earlier this week while filming was going on in Brooklyn. No word on what type of character he plays but it seems like a quick role.
Carmelo won’t be the only NBA player in the movie, either. J.J. Redick is apparently going to be in it as well and several of his Clippers teammates, including DeAndre Jordan, Matt Barnes, Austin Rivers, and Spencer Hawes, are going to be in it, too. The movie is scheduled to come out on June 3, 2016.
