Jay-Z And Beyoncé purchased a new home in New Orleans, but it isn’t a regular multimillion-dollar estate or mansion it was 1925 Presbyterian Church that was also served as a ballet school before being converted to a single-family home. It’s a three-story, 13,292 square foot home, with a master suit, three 1,000 square foot apartment, 22 rooms, seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The hip-hop couple’s new house has 26- foot high ceiling, hardwood floors, with chandeliers.
The purchased of the $2.6 million property was under the name of Sugarcane Park LLC, which is the same mailing address as Beyoncé Management Company. If you’re wondering why Louisiana, Beyoncé sister Solange, lives near the home and was married there last November. I’m sure they will have a nice room or room’s for Blue Ivy and a dope recording studio to continue to make hits. Earlier this week, Jay-Z ranked third on this year Forbes wealthiest hip-hop artist.
