As an athlete entering the league, I’m sure you look at every team that passes on you and use that as fire to keep working harder, at least the goods do, anyway. So when Steph Curry was taken with the 7th overall pick in 2009, he probably made sure to prove to those other 6 teams what they were missing on.
Steph Curry wasn’t highly recruited out of high school and still wasn’t considered a star when he left college, so when he was awarded the MVP award this year, it must have been extremely gratifying leaving all the doubters in the past.
Well, when Curry saw a fan trolling the Grizzles with a sign that shows the that they passed on Curry and took Hasheem Thabet, who is no longer in the league. Curry seemed to agree with the fan and signed it for him.
