When you do something wrong always remember who you can hurt in the process. In Josh Duggar’s case, his past made the “19 Kids and Counting” show pulled from the TLC network!
On Thursday 27 year old Josh Duggar made an public apology after his past surfaced that he allegedly molested 5 underage girls when he was a teenager. Josh Duggar is the oldest of the Duggar family on the hit TLC television show “19 Kids And Counting”. As seen on television the Duggar family are strong believers of Christianity which includes not using birth control and strict courtship rules. Josh’s actions as a child are still not excusable even as an adult to the family.
“I acted inexcusably”
says Josh.
“Twelve years ago, as a young teenager I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends,”
Josh Duggar said
“I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation. We spoke with the authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling.”
says Josh on a Facebook post.
It was the Duggar parents that turned Josh into the authorities because it was the right thing to do as well as going to the families of the girls and confessing his wrong doings of, fondling on the girls breast and vaginal areas.
TLC has pulled the show’s marathon from listings after the allegations surfaced and viewers angrily disputed the show from still running. It is unclear if the show will return yet.
