Say what? Woman is being accused of knowingly exposing a teenage boy to HIV!
A Florissant, Missouri resident is currently facing felony charges for allegedly exposing a teenage boy to the HIV virus. The case states that female Eunique Dale-Doyle age 22, had sexual intercourse with a 15 year old boy right after she found out that she was diagnosed with HIV. The 15 year old boy’s name has not been release because he is an minor, his parents control what can be said or not.
The grand jury are still deciding whether to file additional chargers against Doyle. Authorities say they do not think there are any other alleged victims at this moment. So this case may have been a sexual relationship and not aggressive or rape. Doyle could be facing some time for her actions but it will all depend if she is shown guilty for exposing the young boy to the virus on purpose. Please stay tuned for the updates.
