It’s been an up-hill battle for Ludacris’ baby’s mother, Tamika Fuller. After going to court for the custody of their daughter Cai Bella Bridges, Fuller lost the battle to the Atlanta rapper. As a mother, Fuller applied for an appeal, however, the courts denied her request. For her, the battle just will not end because she plans on going back in for another try.

Following the original court’s decision, Fuller released a statement.

“Sadly, on April 9th the judge denied my motion for a new trial. Every day that passes when I don’t have my daughter feels like eternity. After being discouraged with the court system, I decided to share a personal account of my situation on Madame Noire, it was never meant as a media blitz but rather my side of the story in protest of my daughter being taken away when I felt powerless against her father’s machine.

According to rollingout, Fulton County, Georgia has since recieved another request to take on Luda. Fuller plans to take this case to the Court of Appeals. She hopes that the appellate court will reverse the decision of the original judge so that she can gain custody of Cai, and get child support.

This woman is leaving no stone unturned. With a GoFundMe account in place, it looks like she has received the money to make the moves.
