The Golden State Warriors will face the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals starting this Thursday on June 4th. Warriors forward Draymond Green has gotten a lot of publicity lately since he’ll be charged with the task of guarding LeBron James. As his popularity has grown, he’s become the latest celebrity to have his old tweets dug up. Green recently mentioned that he’s watched James play since he was in high school. Like many others he put his thoughts about James on Twitter and now they look pretty bad since they’re both in the NBA and about to face off against each other.
The tweets are from about 5 years ago when Green was a 20-year old student athlete at Michigan State. In the tweets he called LeBron James a “loser” and “gay” referring to him leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers and joining the Miami Heat. He also compared LeBron to Kobe Bryant, in favor of Bryant.
