The manuscript of EL James’s latest novel “Grey” from the trilogy “Fifty Shades of Grey” has been stolen!

The first copy of the book was set to be released on June 18th 2015. But earlier this morning the finished copy went missing from the Penguin Random House office in England earlier this week.

It is feared that the thieves may sell the novel or sell extracts to media outlets. So the Kent police and Penguin Random House publishers are investigating who/what may have their hands on the “Grey” novel.
Kent police release,

“We cannot go into further details as it may form part of the investigation. It could have been in a warehouse, or traveling to a warehouse or from a warehouse. We need to establish where the theft occurred”.

Penguin Random House publishers have assured their fans that they still will be releasing the novel “Grey”on June 18th even with the investigation going on. June 18th is the day of the main character Christian Grey’s birthday so it is very fitting.

The novel “Grey”, is the remake of EL James first “50 Shades of Grey” trilogy. But this will be seen in the point of view of Christian Grey. James say’s he was moved to make this novel from his fans. Fans kept asking about Christian’s past so James’s decided to give them what they wanted!

Please stay tuned for all the updates on the “Grey” investigation!
