Lucy, Ricky’s in trouble. According to police, Rick Ross took a Glock 9MM pistol and pistol-whipped a groundskeeper to the point of … well, arrest.

Court documents state that the groundskeeper, Jonathan Zumidio was forced into a guesthouse bedroom at gunpoint, where Ross questioned the guy – for what, we do not know. Upon the wrong response, Ross pistol-whipped the guy, messing up his jaw, neck and chipping two teeth. Let’s just say, the groundskeeper is eating through a straw.

Oh Lawd! Wednesday morning, for the second time in the month of June alone, Rick Ross and his bodyguard, Nadrian Lateef James, has been arrested. However, this arrest is deeper than your average marijuana sniff-n-bust.

The Maybach Music leader has been arrested in Fayette County, Georgia for kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery.

According to TMZ, the kidnapping and assault happened about two weeks ago on June 7, involving Ross and a man who was working on his home – must have not liked the cement. The assault charge stems from a pistol-whipping, and the kidnapping charge is because the man was allegedly not allowed to leave the house.

How was he caught? In his home by the U.S. Marshals. Apparently, the federal law enforcement pieced together Ross’ every move over the past few days, and was able to link up with him at his home. He was taken in with no incident.

Earlier this month, Rozay was arrested in Fayette County, Ga. after police found five “marijuana cigarettes.” That’s a small thing … compared to these new charges.

All of this in the wake of Meek Mill’s rapidly approaching album release date. It’s like the plague in this MMG camp. So what say you, are these charges going to stick, or nah? Let us know in the comments down bottom.
