It was clear that Bobby Brown had other things on his mind when he preformed at an Atlanta concert on the 4th of July. He’s been keeping close to the hospice facility that is the current home to his daughter as she lay on her death bed clinging to life. Brown preformed at Wolf Creek Amphitheater The “Affordable Old School Concert Series”. The concert featured Mint Condition, Juvenile, 8 Ball and MLG, Tweet and J.J. Williamson. Brown struggled through his performance forgetting the lyrics to his songs. Find out what happened after the jump.

According to concert goers the show was going well until Bobby Brown who was clearly and understandably preoccupied hit the stage. He sang some of his biggest hits like like “Don’t Be Cruel” and “Roni” Midway through his performance Brown stopped to apologize to the fans after he forgot the lyrics. He said,

“Yo I was skipping songs and sh*t like what the f***k is Tender Roni? I feel like I’ve been up here like two hours. But trust me, I’m not going to do anything that I don’t do. I love doing these shows; ya’ll gone get it.”

The show went on but Brown still struggled to get it together, having to go over to the backup singers and band several times as he continued to forget the lyrics. He did his best to keep the crowd engaged and the cheered him on encouraging him to finish the performance.
