San Antonio Spurs v Memphis Grizzlies - Game Four

The San Antonio Spurs just know what they are doing. There is no other way to put it. After acquiring a huge pick up in LaMarcus Aldridge, the Spurs were able to convince Manu Ginobili to come back for his 13th season!

If Manu Ginobili did not return to the Spurs, their bench would have been impacted heavily. With him staying, however, they are once again reloaded and are easily one of the dominant forces in the Western Conference.

The Spurs recently gave up Corey Joseph, Marco Belinelli, Tiago Splitter, and Aron Baynes and honestly, all of these guys are definitely replaceable. I have no doubt that the Spurs will be able to go out gather quality players to recharge their bench once again. They still have elite players like Patti Mills–who could definitely start on another team–who come off the bench.

The Spurs are an insanely scary team after looking at their starting five of Tony Parker, Kawhi Leonard, Danny Green, LaMarcus Aldridge, and Tim Duncan! Each player, excluding Danny Green, has been an All Star and has experience going deep into the playoffs. They are definitely going to be a problem in the league next season.

This upcoming season is going to be very exciting in the Westen Conference to say the least. The Spurs made an unfortunate early exit in the 2015 playoffs after losing to the Los Angeles Clippers–which by the way was a historic first round match up–but I do not see that happening again. Looking at the way things are currently set up out West, I would not be surprised to see San Antonio in the WCF.
