I thought I told you that he won’t stop. Sean Combs aka P. Diddy aka Diddy Puff Daddy is definitely working hard to celebrate 20 years of Bad Boy Entertainment. Over the past year, we’ve heard Combs’ experimental EDM album 11:11 with Guy Gerber and his plans to release MMM (Money Makin’ Mitch). Now there are reports confirming that Diddy is working on next installment of his debut album No Way Out. Find out Puffy’s plans after the jump!
Bad Boy rapper Gizzle spoke to Rap-Up and claimed that Puff Daddy is working on the sequel to No Way Out. During an interview on the red carpet of the ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards last month, Gizzle spoke on her experiences working with Diddy in the studio.
“It’s a crazy project,” said Gizzle. “I’m very honored to be a part of it. Nobody can make an album like Puff Daddy. I’ll be actually rapping on there, too. So, it’s cool.”
The album may drop sooner than expected. The first single off the album, “Finna Get Loose” featuring Pharrell, debuted during the Bad Boy Reunion at the 2015 BET Awards. Since then, Diddy has been using the #NWO2 hashtag across his social media platforms. Meanwhile, don’t give up on Money Makin’ Mitch just yet. Gizzle also ensures us that MMM is something separate from No Way Out 2.
