When it rains, it pours. As he remains on probation and awaits trial in his recent kidnapping case, Rick Ross AND his mother are now facing a lawsuit from a woman named Norbert Martins, who claims she suffered “body disfigurement” while in Ross’ Florida home back in 2011.
In her suit, Martins says she was invited to the house in December of 2011, and tripped over iron yard enclosure hardware and its attachments – things, she says, should not have been at ground level, and that guests should have been warned about because they were. She claims that the trip caused her bodily injuries and disfigurement, and cost her expenses for hospitalization, medical, nursing and treatment costs, as well as the loss of ability to earn income, and is suing for $15,000.

Ross fired back recently, claiming he had no duty to warn the woman of any possible dangerous conditions at his home. He says her lawsuit is so vague and ambiguous that he doesn’t even know how to respond to the allegations.
The case is currently pending in Florida court. Do you think this woman will get anything?
It almost feels cosmic that Rick Ross’s Now Infamous “Rich Forever” Twitpic before his first Homer Simpson Like Triple Bypass, in 2011, and right after “Freeway” Rick Ross tried to use his attempts to take Rick Ross out of his benefits for misusing his name and having a broken prison system let him free, but that’s another issue. If people who really did a role snapped online like the Gangster Disciples did, usually, the studio would have the artist/actor/actresses back, but, no. I think if Child Support grew out of the worst Court Decorum anyone could recall, which included a Half Famous-Half Cool Baby Mama’s Sex Tape, but, I think Fif would have been moved out of the way for NYC Hip Hop to refire again and Rick Ross would be cut off his benefits, because the benefits he played trumped any actual work, which he preffered to get bigger instead. This is another AI again, and the unhappy story is Lil Wayne is on the mixtape trail because he’s broke and the sadness, is he could have been 30 Million Records for real vs. having chincy people and this is another 1987 coming over in a big way.
