Tyrese has been EVERYWHERE in the past few weeks during this no-holds-barred promo campaign for what he claims will be his last solo album. If you missed it, Tyrese has been selling his album on subway Trains In Brooklyn and Singing On Buses to promote his new album and bring him back to his humble beginnings. Calling him his “Big Brother” and “Mentor”, Tyrese speaks out about a certain deal that he had with Will Smith.

According to the Fast and Furious Star, Will Smith called him to inform him that Will’s pretty poppin on Facebook. Oh and when I say pretty poppin I mean a good 74 million followers deep. Deep enough to maybe impact the sales on Tyrese’s new album “Black Rose”. Will Smith then presented Tyrese with a pretty fair trade off favor in exchange for him promoting The Black Rose album.

Will Smith requested The R&B Vet to jump into his pool wearing a winter outfit and he will then share his album to his 74 million plus followers. Being as humble and entertaining as Tyrese is, Tyrese accepted this challenge as if his number one album really needs any further cosigns.

As every man should, Will Smith kept his word and maintained his end of the deal. A Deal that is actually a charity-promoting (The Make-A-Wish Foundation, to be specific) exchange now known as the #BlackRoseChallenge
