It seemed like just yesterday when Jordin Sparks was dating and in love with Jason Derulo. However, things change and people change. The “Right Here, Right Now” – which also serves as Sparks’ upcoming album title – singer has linked up with Sage, the Gemini and the two are seemingly going to work out for the long-haul.

During a chat with E! News, Jordin expresses that sparkle in her eye with a few words on Sage. “He’s very sweet. He’s got a big heart. He cherishes me, he just makes me feel so loved, and I feel like that’s how anybody would feel in a relationship.”

With Derulo in her past and the Gemini now her present, Jordin admits that love songs are more relevant to her life. “I know now, there was a lot I needed to experience, to go through, to learn, and I feel like before on my album, I was young, I was a kid,” she said. “I sang these songs, and I was able to emote, but I hadn’t gone through what I was singing about. So, now fast-forward, when you hear a love song, I know what that feels like now, you’ll feel that.”
