Oh man, despite his current legal woes with ex-father Birdman, Lil Wayne is now on the other side of the ‘pay me my money’ fence. David Banner, who’s currently at odds with the state of hip-hop, has filed a lawsuit against Wayne and Young Money Records for unpaid royalties.

TMZ reports that in 2012, Young Money informed Banner of his $138,787.19 come-up after signing a 20018 contract for the production of “La La,” “Pussy Monster” – both appearing on Tha Carter III – and “Streets Is Watchin,” which he’s owed at minimum of $15,392.57.

Since he hasn’t received his funds, and the label has been church mouse quiet, Banner is unsure of what additional fees he’s due. You tell Young Money to pay me my money.

I’m guessing since Lil Wayne isn’t being paid his $51 million, David Banner and anyone else who has produced anything for Young Money is not getting paid. That’s usually how things work. He doesn’t have it – maybe.
