Birdman is well aware that the man who was charged in the tour bus shooting incident is now pointing the finger at him, claiming that the financial and legal dispute between Baby and Lil Wayne is what lead to the shooting. However, the Cash Money co-founder says he doesn’t care what the alleged shooter, Jimmy Winfrey is saying because Lil Wayne knows he wasn’t involved.

According to TMZ, Lil Wayne and Birdman have met up privately several times since the incident and everything’s been kosher. The duo has been able to be civil with one another despite their finical problems and Lil Wayne does not believe that Birdman had anything to do with it.
The two have a close, father and son type of relationship and Birdman said, “No legal battle would ever make me try and kill or hurt my son.”
