Before her full transition, Caitlyn Jenner (who was then Bruce) was involved in a fatal car accident that resulted in a woman’s death back in February of this year.
Rumor has it that she could be possibly facing jail time being that technically it was Jenner’s fault but after the attorneys in the Major Crimes unit reviewed the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. detailed report, they consider it not to be likely that she’ll see any time behind bars. They are making it a strong point to make it clear that Jenner was hitting the brakes on his vehicle numerous times before the cars crashed into one another – making it a tragic accident and NOT malicious or criminal in any way, shape or form.
However, the D.A. should be making their final decision within the week.
