Chris Brown spent Friday morning in a Houston courtroom, fighting for custody of his daughter 1 year-old Royalty. Brown has become quite the responsible father since finding out about his ‘oops baby’ with Nia Guzman and has done everything he can to make sure got joint custody of her. Seems like his efforts were not wasted as he won the battle in court today.

Nia Guzman did everything she could to block Chris Brown from having any parental rights to baby Royalty but her plan failed. The judge ruled today that they will share the baby 50/50. Royalty will go back and fourth every 4 days between Chris and Nia as they both live in LA.
Chris also scored big when it came tochild support. Nia was pushing for Chris to have to pay $15k per month however the judge shut that down and order that Chris continue to pay the 2,500 per month he’s been paying.
