It’s the Brown way, or it’s no way. When a fan decided not to hand over her phone while on Chris Brown’s tour bus, she got the boot. Now, the “Body On Me” crooner is be sought after for an assault investigation.

The groupie fan is claiming that she and her cell phone were force off of Brown’s tour bus after she neglected to follow the “NO CELL PHONE” rule. The alleged incident took place on Monday night outside of Platinum 84 Gentleman’s Club in Denver – Chris, French Montana, and Fetty Wap were shooting a new music video outside of the spot.

According to TMZ, the woman filed a report for 3rd degree assault, and now Brown as well as his crew are “persons of interest.” Everyone is looking to be questioned.

Tsk Tsk. When will this guy learn that all groupies ain’t good groupies? Brown just won joint custody of his daughter, Royalty, after the child’s mother claimed that the crew he hung around was not a safe one. Hmm, he better know that she can go back to court with the same claims. Be careful.
