Ja Rule’s comeback has been highly anticipated ever since he was released from his 28-month prison sentence for tax evasion. JA Rule has had his hands full setting up a second-act, and it sounds like he’s planning to rekindle the star power he built up alongside Ashanti in the early 2000s with his latest move.

After speaking with Billboard about a handful of upcoming projects including his MTV reality series and upcoming double album, Ja Rule revealed that he is planning to tour with Ashanti!

“Me and Ashanti are about to go on a big world tour… and we’re putting together a music and film project with our whole Natural Born Killers tour and EP,” he told the site. “It’s kind-of like a Streets is Watching type of film. So yeah, we’re doing something kind of cool and fun. It’s been a long time in the making.”

the upcoming Queen Latifah produced reality show that Ja Rule and his family will be starring in is called “Follow the Rules” and will premier on MTV on October 25!
