IFWT_Jay_Z_Beyonce_Mansion

The Carters are movin’ on up … to the WEST side. Following last month’s Holmby Hills foul up, Jay Z and Beyonceé have found themselves a new mansion; one equipped with 20,000 square feet, an Olymipic-sized indoor pool and more.

Check it out after the jump.

The new mansion – described as a ‘palace’ by TMZ – which is also in Holmby Hills (Los Angeles) is worth a whooping $45 million. Jay and King Bey have signed a one-year lease at a fee of $150,000 a month – let’s do the math; $1,800,000 a year – for a place full of not only the indoor pool, but for an outdoor pool with a waterfall, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a spa, a steam room, and a gourmet kitchen.

Must be nice (in my Lyfe Jennings voice).

The luxury mansion in the sky was previously owned by former L.A. Dodgers owner Frank McCourt who then sold it to an owner that just allows the house to sit.

Check out the new digs in the gallery at the top.

The Carters had to leave their old home because the owner had decided to just sell it. Again, must be nice.
