Lamar Odom’s children, Lamar Jr & Destiny, are a little more grown than the main image lets on and they have been at the hospital with their father for the past few days now. As we continue to look for positive signs about Lamar’s condition, TMZ noticed both of the kids smiling and laughing outside of the hospital last night. One can assume that they wouldn’t be in that type of mood if news was getting worse instead of better. Then again they are kids and may just be looking for any way to get their mind off what’s going on. Let’s keep the hope alive that more good news is to come. Check the gallery!
