Football can be a very intense sport to both watch and play, especially with the bar set so much higher than preceding seasons. The Michigan State vs. Michigan game was predicted to be the most intense of Saturday’s line up, but when the game literally came down to its final minutes, some fans had trouble dealing. One fan was rushed to the hospital after suffering from a heart attack.

The game was close with Michigan up by two and only about 4 seconds left. When Michigan’s punter bobbled the snap that would’ve essentially ended the game, Michigan State defensive back, Jalen Watt-Jackson took full advantage. Picking up the ball, Watts-Jackson ran the ball back 38-yards for six as the last play of the game. Michigan State took the lead with zero seconds left and remain undefeated this season.

State fans cheered and slapped five while the team celebrated in the end zone.

Sources were not sure if the heart-attack victim was a Spartans or Wolverines fan, so we’re not sure if it was excitement or shock that set the sirens going.
