DMX has been having all types of serious legal woes and it just doesn’t seem to end.

The rapper got arrested in his hometown of Yonkers for failing to pay child support to his ex-wife, Tashera Simmons, who he has four children with. He had a contempt of court warrant and was taken in by 5-0.

When he appeared in court on Tuesday, he begged and pleaded with the judge to let him out so he didn’t miss scheduled shows and appearances he had lined up to earn some $$. Luckily for X, the judge was understanding and let him out without bail.

However, he will have to appear back in court in November to resolve all child support issues.
