Back in 2013, a 16 year-old went on a drunk driving rampage which ended in the deaths of four other teens. The driver, Ethan Couch dodged jail time with the defense he was suffering from “affluenza.” (Meaning, he was the product of wealthy and privileged parents and was never taught right from wrong.)

Well, this case was the spark of inspiration for rapper, Mack Maine who wrote a song about it appropriately titled, Ethan Couch. The cover art for the track features a photo of a young boy, who they thought was Mr. Couch but turned out to be the wrong kid!

According to reports by TMZ, Mark and Becky English were astonished to find their 17 year-old son’s photo plastered on the cover art for the single. Apparently, someone in Mack Maine’s camp misidentified their son for criminal Ethan Couch.

Now the parents are suing Mack Maine and Birdman (as the album was released on his label). Seems like Cash Money just can’t stay away from these lawsuits. Click the gallery to see the cover art and the real Ethan Couch. Do they look alike? Sound off in the comments.
