It’s shoot your shot season and it’s probably an easy slam dunk when you’re a hot supermodel doing the shooting.  S.I. swimsuit model Samantha Hoopes says she thinks Blake Griffin is cute, she likes his freckles and he has the total package. In fact she thinks they’re meant to be, “My last name is Hoopes and he plays basketball!”  Yea it’s totally in the stars…
