According to ABC 7, five men were enjoying themselves with food and drink, that is until food became minimal.

Rivera became angry after Darwin Perez Gonzalez, 34, took the last piece of chicken. Now, I would usually laugh at this type of foolishness, however, there was a fatality in the matter. The last piece of chicken turned into an argument, the argument into a fight, and a fight into Rivera stabbing Gonzalez.

Although the Houston man fled with the murder weapon, he later returned … with the murder weapon … and admitted to the stabbing. Of course, he was arrested and booked on murder.
