The agreed plea deal between Fogle and Indiana prosecutors was for the range of five to 12 1/2 years. The 12 1/2 will do just fine. Please, thank you. According to TMZ, prosecutors argue that he should get the decade plus sentence because, “there was an enormous amount of child porn in the various devices of Fogle and Russell Taylor, including 5.6 terabytes of data. There were 16 smart phones, 6 laptops, 22 DVDs, 159,634 text messages, 3,394 videos and 47,623 pictures.”

Feds says that Taylor provided the drinks and the drugs for the underage children-14 of which have been identified-to be under the influence during certain sex acts. Fogle kept Taylor’s secret because he wanted witness those sex acts that took place.

IJS: I say throw the damn book at his a**! Five years is a piece of cake for a scammer who exploited children in the worst way. Send his a** up the river, lock him up, and throw away the key.
