Russell Tyrone Jones better known as ODB (Ol’ Dirty Bastard) would have celebrated his 47th birthday today. He was one of the founding members of Wu-Tang Clan which first rose to mainstream prominence with their 1993 debut album “Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers).” Read more after the jump.

ODB had a successful solo career releasing two albums before his death. Before he passed from a drug overdose he managed to record his third solo album, which remains unreleased. ODB was often renowned for his trademark microphone techniques and his outrageously profane, free-associative rhymes. In honor of his birthday and legacy here are a few classic ODB videos.
