Father of late actor and fan beloved Paul Walker, has sued Porsche for his son’s death in his unfortunate red Porsche Carrera GT accident, and is charging the automaker with unsafe manufacturing. Read the full story after the jump.
The law suit has alleged that Porsche advertised the vehicle as “a racing car licensed for use on the road”, but the car actually “lacked safety features that are found on well-designed racing cars or even Porsche’s least expensive road cars — features that could have prevented the accident or, at a minimum, allowed Paul Walker to survive the crash,” the suit states.
Paul’s father, Paul William Walker III, births the argument that the Porsche his son was passenger in should have had electronic stability control – a feature that is common among many of today’s cars. The suit also charges the side door reinforcement was designed of poor materials, rather than what is found in majority of our current automobile market.
Walker Sr. is also stating his son was alive for 1 minute and 20 seconds after the intial crash, but was trapped by the seat belt which held him until the car burst into flames.
These claims are very similar to his daughter Meadow’s lawsuit back in September, as she is the only heir of her father’s inheritance.
Paul William Walker III filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday from Walker’s estate and will serve as executor.

That is a tragic story. But of course the devils and Lucifer made this happen through a faulty car that have defects such as tires that are not skid proof. Some Christians like the Amish believe that if you kill yourself in a vehicular accident you go to hell.
