As Donald Trump continues to lead the top of GOP polls and make offensive remarks, the business mogul is causing heads to turn once again as he prepares to meet with a group of black ministers. In addition, the meeting itself is planned to be televised, but the real question is, is this a sick political tactic to gain African American votes or does he genuinely mean well? You be the judge.

Now we literally just have been hearing about Donald Trump dropping in the polls so we can’t help but speculate that this may be a sad attempt to increase his votes again, as a way to resonate better with African Americans. Now of course we could be wrong, but some things just feel off about all this. The surprising meeting will take place Monday (Nov. 30) and will be televised at Trump Tower The pastors meeting with Trump include Bishop Clarence McClendon, Bishop Hezekiah Walker, Dr. Cindy Trimm, Pastor Riva Tims, and Dr. Mike Murdock. While we may hope these ministers call Trump out for his controversial comments, I personally fear that this event will turn into just another photo-op meant to prove “the Blacks” are down with his campaign.
In fact, Back in September, Trump met with a group of Black clergy members, Pastor Darrell Scott was one of them and he said, “I think Donald Trump changed the opinions of the African American pastors that were in the room,” Scott said. “They saw a side of him outside of the media depiction, and that they would give strong consideration in regard to supporting his candidacy.” Check the gallery for the headlining poster for the meet up. So what do you guys think? Believing it or nah?
