As previously reported, Christine Chisholm had filed a $5 million lawsuit against 2 Chainz, after a video of her being a groupie backstage at his show went viral (because he’d posted it.) The crazy girl was representing herself and despite consenting to being filmed, tried to make a case that it damaged her reputation forever and she could no longer work.

A federal judge in North Carolina has tossed it out, saying that calling someone a “THOT” does not rise to the level of “extreme or outrageous conduct.” Nice try, boo.
