On Friday, August Alsina stopped by Ebro In The Morning to discuss his forthcoming sophomore effort This Thing Called Life, in stores December 11. Amid talks of his now-infamous underwear pics on Instagram, family issues and of course the music, August addressed rumors that he’s dating model Miracle Watts.
“I actually don’t have a girlfriend,” August said very matter-of-fact. “I’m single, but Miracle – she’s a beautiful girl. A very dope mind, you know what I’m saying?”

“I’m intrigued by somebody’s mental, but actually, that’s not my girl – but we friends. And I think that a lot of people, because of the world we live in and society, so many people just see a beautiful woman and it’s like, ‘I’ma cuff her!’ What happened to people being friends? Why everybody gotta be f*cking?”
