Wiz Khalifa

Wiz Khalifa is pretty much having the best week ever. After scoring several Grammy nominations for “See You Again,” Khalifa and Charlie Puth have received nods for a Golden Globe. The song, which was a tribute to the late Paul Walker and featured Furious 7, has been selected as a nominee for Best Original Song.

The song, which dropped in March, has already received a ton of recognition including, being number one on the Billboard Hot 100 for 12 non-consecutive weeks and the first hip-hop video to surpass one billion views on YouTube.

“See You Again” will be facing off against Ellie Goulding’s “Love Me Like You Do” (50 Shades of Grey), Sam Smith’s “Writing’s on the Wall” (Spectre), Brian Wilson’s “One of a Kind” (Love & Mercy), and David Lang’s “Simple Song #3” (Youth).
