There’s been a lot of reports about beef between Floyd Mayweather and Adrien Broner. The retired, undefeated fighter served as a mentor to Broner but things apparently went south. In an interview, Mayweather said Broner should be thanking him and TMT for everything they’ve done for him and that Adrien needed to grow up. Broner fired back at Mayweather in a long video he posted on Youtube, saying Floyd ripping him in public was some “gay a** sh*t”. Well the two have made up (like most friends do), and they came together to show the world it’s all love between them.
This past weekend TMT held a celebrity basketball game for charity. In the same game where Laura Govan showed off her skills on Floyd, Adrien Broner participated as well on Laura’s team.
In the end Floyd’s team won but he said Broner deserved the MVP. Reporters asked him about his feud with Broner and Mayweather called AB over to show that there was no beef between them.
“Adrien Broner comes from the same background that I come from. I don’t have no hard feelings because I come from a record of speaking my mind, he’s a young kid and I’m gonna continue to speak my mind, that’s what it is. It is what it is,” said Mayweather.
“Everybody think we beefing, we not beefing, we eating together,” said Broner.
