If you didn’t already know, Nick Young is a huge Kanye West fan.  Young recently told reporters that Michael Jordan’s message to Kobe Bryant is like West shouting him out.  Well Swaggy P got his wish, Kanye West released the song “Facts” on New Year’s Eve and on the song he mentions Nick Young.  Since then the Lakers have been winning and Young says West is to thank for it.

Tell Adidas that we need a million in production/
I done told y’all, all I needed was the infrastructure/
Now we hottest in the streets, it ain’t no discussion/
James Harden, Swaggy P runnin’ up the budget

Since then the Lakers are undefeated in the new year, they’ve gone 2-0 beating the Suns and Sixers.  Not exactly monumental feats but Swaggy P partly credits the gawd Kanye West for shouting him out on Facts saying, “That’s our anthem before the game.”

Young also rocked the Yeezy 750 Boosts in black during the Lakers win over the Sixers.  He previously wore the Yeezy 750 Boosts in gray back in December during the Lakers game against the Rockets.
