Despite being arrested last week for the alleged sexual assault of Andrea Constand, Bill Cosby is being let off the hook by the L.A. District Attorney for two other alleged sexual assault claims against him. The first from 2008 at the Playboy Mansion, and the other in 1965 against a then 17-year-old.

The D.A. threw out both alleged cases. The 1965 case was rejected because the statute of limitations has run out while the 2008 also missed the statue of limitations timeframe and lacked sufficient evidence.

According to alleged victim Chole Goins, in 2008 she woke up at the Playboy Mansion, with “her breasts were moist and Cosby was at the foot of her bed biting her toe and masturbating.” The D.A. had several issues with this case. The first being Goins claimed the incident occurred during a Playboy Mansion party, in which Cosby had an out of town alibi and was also not on the guest list for.

The D.A. also poked holes in the 1965 story because the victim changed her story. At one point she claimed at the time of the assault she was 18, later she stated she was 17.

Cosby has been accused of sexual assault by over 50 women to date and is currently out on a million dollar bail, awaiting trail for changes brought against him by Andrea Constand.
